International Development expert with wide domain experience in knowledge management, Results Based Management, M&E, Policy Development and disaster management in South and South East Asia, East and Southern Africa (UNDP Drylands Development Centre in Nairobi and the UN Resident Coordinators Office in Namibia), UN HQ (New York) and the UNDP Oslo Governance Centre. An experienced trainer, he has organised several international workshops and trainings for UN/UNDP as well invited to speak at distinguished fora like UK Governments His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC); Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Academy, Mussoorie; the Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) amongst others.

Whether it’s building strategies, nurturing teams, or rolling up his sleeves to solve tough challenges, he’s at his best when creating something that bridges innovation with real-world change.

Has 8 years of experience in construction project management and cost control, and 18 years in higher education. He brings a wealth of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning from managing various large-scale multi-stakeholder projects, including consultancies for government-linked organisations such as Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and MOSTI (Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation). His work in evaluation of digital and entrepreneurial interventions among marginalised communities will provide crucial input to capacity building and training in the project.
